Jan Vincent Agay - IT and Security Leader in New York and New Jersey

Based in Waldwick, New Jersey, Jan Vincent Agay served as the information technology infrastructure and cyber security manager at Fisher Brothers in New York City from 2024 to 2026. He oversaw all hardware and software procurement activities in this role, among other on-premise and cloud-based security and infrastructure responsibilities. Throughout his career in IT, he has shown an ability to effectively cultivate organizational technology, security, and infrastructure architecture. Jan Vincent Agay has captained numerous high-priority network upgrade projects, resulting in improved reliability and system-wide security.

Before joining Fisher Brothers, Jan Agay spent more than a decade at HYTORC in Mahwah, New Jersey. During his time as the director of IT and security, he modernized the company’s core networking infrastructure via a pivot to cloud-based management solutions. The change resulted in a significant decrease in administrative overhead and routing efficiency improvements.

Mr. Agay studied information technology at Marist University, graduating magna cum laude. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the world’s oldest and largest co-ed professional business fraternity. When he is not driving IT and cyber security operations at Fisher Brothers, he enjoys leading an active lifestyle. His interests range from CrossFit to travel.
